We were forecasted snow for about 1 week before Christmas. We waited for it- the kids watched the forecast on the computer. We brought the BIG dog in to keep warm. Unfortunately we got skipped. All the cousins north of us got it- SNOWED IN!!! They got a whole week off of school. We got... rain!!! Then on the way to the Christmas program what starts falling from the sky???? SNOW!!!!! We didn't get 24 inches like the cousins got, but we got about 6 and that is enough to sled... Man did we have fun!!! Mom isn't as young and it hurts more later, but we sure enjoyed the boys first snowfall!!!

Wasn't it FUN? Although my babies did NOT appreciate it one bit. The older ones had a blast!
But I'm glad its gone. Mommy party pooper wants to drive again.
GREAT pics!! I have been waiting and waiting for you to post them! Ha!!! I can't believe how big they are all getting already!
BTW, I always say that "we did"...and usually it's just Dave that "did"...as in cutting down the tree. Maybe it's a NW thing?
How fun to see the boys enjoying the snow! I can't wait until it snows here. :)
Oh how incredibly FUN! Our girls have been able to see snow during the past month, but only about two inches. I loved seeing the pics of your kids playing in the snow!
